Three people dressed as comic book characters were arrested after a fight in a Stamford parking garage early Sunday. When police officers arrived at the Bell Street parking garage, they found Michael Sanchez, 25, of Stamford dressed in a Captain America costume and Vincent Decaro 21, of Stamford dressed in Spiderman assaulting a man around 1:33 a.m., Lt.
